Kyla Lum, 19 from Berkeley, California, started experimenting with AI and was impressed with how much it resembles having a conversation with a human. In fact, the interactions in some ways reminded her of therapy.

Because she lacked the time and money for a real therapist, Lum started using ChatGPT, the AI technology that simulates human behavior and thinkingfor mental health support, “I enjoyed that I could trauma dump on ChatGPT anytime and anywhere, for free, and I would receive an unbiased response in return along with advice on how to progress with my situation,”

The average life expectancy for Americans is shortened by over seven months [in 2021]according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Centura Health splits in half after quarter-century serving Colorado | business

Centura Health, one of the state’s largest hospital systems, is splitting in two after serving Colorado communities for more than 27 years.

CommonSpirit Health, a Catholic-run ministry, and AdventHealth, a Seventh-day Adventist Church-run ministry, will part ways to manage each of their care sites respectively, Centura Health announced Tuesday.
