Super simple to make, loaded with your favorite vegetables, protein-packed chickpeas and a zesty red wine vinegar dressing all sprinkled with some crumbled feta cheese. This salad also tastes great served with chicken, shrimp or steak and is easily customizable to your liking! So much flavor in every bite!
